Spinach with potatos
- skanus, labai serbiškas lengvas vasariškas patiekalas
Ingredients
♦ 1/2 kg of spinach
♦ 250 g potatoes
♦ 5 cloves of garlic
♦ olive oil
♦ salt and pepper
Preparation
Peel potatoes, cut it into cubes and boil in salted water. Thoroughly wash spinach, clean of stems and cook in salted water in another pot. In a pan with olive oil stew chopped garlic, add the chard you previously drained and chopped. Drain potatoes and add the beets. Mix all, mash potatoes with fork and cook together on low heat for a minute or two. Serve warm.
