SERBIŠKAS PADAŽAS ŽUVIAI "MARINADE"

Marinade (dressing for fish)
- šitą valgiau šviežiai pagamintą su lašiša, o paskui su jūros gėrybėmis. Nerealus!

Ingredients for 8 people

♦ 1/2 link parsley

♦ 50 ml olive oil

♦ 2 cloves of garlic

♦ pinch of salt

♦ 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

Finely chop garlic and finely chop or mince parsley in a blender.

Place the garlic in a bowl in which you will serve the dressing and sprinkle it with salt. Add approximately 1/3 teaspoon of salt.

Add crumbled parsley, lemon juice and olive oil.

And in the end, stir well.

It is best to serve the dressing immediately after preparation because parsley will darken in the course of time.
